23 years of creating value from Vietnamese agricultural products
From a Mekong Delta agricultural processing company, WestFood has grown over the past 23 years into one of Vietnam's leading fruit processing and export companies, with an export network spanning more than 40 markets worldwide.
WestFood's range of frozen fruits and vegetables, canned fruits, juices, purees, and other value-added processed products is now available in demanding markets such as the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea, meeting international standards for quality, food safety, and sustainable development.
Beyond being a trusted partner of global importers and distribution networks, WestFood has consistently worked alongside local authorities, farmers, cooperatives, and trade partners to develop sustainable raw material areas, enhance the value of Vietnamese agricultural products, and create stable livelihoods for local communities.
One of the highlights of the anniversary celebration was the recognition of employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service. The recognition honored individuals whose long-standing dedication and contributions have helped build a strong foundation for WestFood's development over more than two decades.
A new chapter with the WestFood Hau Giang factory
WestFood's 23-year journey reached a significant milestone when the WestFood Hau Giang Factory officially commenced operations in 2025.
With a total investment of VND 666 billion, the factory is regarded as one of the most modern fruit and vegetable processing facilities in the Mekong Delta, featuring advanced production lines and technology designed to meet international standards.
The factory has a designed capacity of 30,000 tons of finished products per year, strengthening WestFood's value-added processing capabilities, increasing the value of Vietnamese agricultural products, and meeting growing demand in both domestic and international markets.
Beyond its production impact, the project has also created jobs for hundreds of local workers, contributed to local socio-economic development, and strengthened linkages between the company and its raw material areas.
